Good Nutrition is More Important Than We Knew
It’s our life’s engine, our fuel.
Hippocrates had it right: “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food”. As we learn more about everything else, mankind sure is finding more value in good nutrition once again.

Think about it…
If you’re a painter, you’ll want the best brushes that money can buy, they are your tools. If you’re a musician, you KNOW that the finest instruments produce the best sound.
You go out and get the very best latest cell phone you can afford. You’re equipped with all the programming for your TV – including NetFlix, Amazon, Hulu and what not.
So why would you not want the very best available input for your body???

Very Few People Eat a Healthy Diet
I’m one of them, you can believe that. But I’ve gradually made changes, which I believe will benefit me in the long run.
At first, I really wanted to improve my eating habit on the first day of this 30-day Challenge, on April 1st.

Didn’t quite happen as planned. I’m just as vulnerable to the wrong foods as most anybody else.
But I’m happy to say that I have made some slight modifications since, that will allow me to ease into a more balanced diet in the long run.
Like, I’m working on portion control first. Let me tell you, I felt better after the first day! In the end, it’s really an accumulation of little things that will ensure a successful change of dietary habits. You really CAN do it!

NOW is the time!
In the near future, you’ll be able to enter a nutrition challenge to SLOWLY get into the groove. And you’ll feel better and you may even lose weight.
Now is the time though, to start being aware, and maybe make small changes that won’t leave you deprived. Like put less sugar in your coffee, for a start. Or at least psych yourself up for the big nutrition challenge that’s coming up.
After all, this social distancing will ease, and you’ll want to emerge like a swan. Go ahead and surprise yourself!
