Each day, we become a little bit more conscious of our surroundings.
Whether we even notice the shift, or whether we act upon our new awareness, is an individual choice.
And sometimes, this sudden change may lead to an epiphany – a catalyst to bring about what is needed to help others.
That was the case with Nathan and Karen, founders of the Quit Smoking Community.
Having experienced the death of a loved one from lung cancer, they were inspired to provide assistance by building a resource community.
Knowing that Information comes first in the attempt to give up unhealthy habits, Nathan and Karen created this community. It aims to be of support through data related to cigarettes use and their hazards to health.
This resource site is now widely used by various other organizations on the war against smoking related illnesses.
